Simon Birch, Founder/Goal Miner

Simon has been in the finance industry for over 25 years and brings an abundance of on-the-ground experience, which has earned him a reputation in the industry as a trusted expert and valuable asset. You’ll often see Simon in a meeting closing his eyes for a moment and taking a deep breath and no, he’s not falling asleep! He’s actually connecting in with what his client is trying to achieve, so he can give the best advice and find the best solution. This is what Conscious Financial is all about. Simon is a magic-maker, he is honest, caring and can even make loans and interest rates fun with his cheeky nature!

Mandy Dore, Operations Manager

Mandy has worked across different types of businesses with a focus on client management and business development. She runs many aspects of the day to day business at Conscious Financial including Marketing, Business Development and Strategic Partnerships as well the Finance and Accounting operations. Mandy is a mum of two young girls who alongside their father (Simon) keeps her hands full! She loves open water swimming and meditation.

Lisa Harvey, Head of Residential Finance

Lisa is our Head of Residential Finance, with extensive knowledge of the lending process from pre-application assessment through to settlement.  Lisa is committed to providing support and guidance to our customers ensuring ease of process. She is a mentor for our other team members in this space, and is always happy to help. Lisa is very thorough and switched on! She loves her fur-baby Hugo, sweating it out at the gym and discovering new brunch venues.

Kylie Boreham, Onboarding Specialist

Kylie is our Onboarding Specialist. She manages the initial contact with our clients to obtain the required documentation, generates applications, orders valuations and precise record keeping. She is a mother who is always busy and efficient, she loves to travel (well, before the baby) to America, just for the fatty food and shopping!
